Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.
Upon receipt of the product, we will check on the following:
1. Original tags, packaging and garment bags are intact for the item(s) due for returning.
2. Return item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
3. In its original condition as received.
4. Returned in the original CLOUD. delivery bag/box.
We will try our best to accept all returns as long as they reach us in their original state/condition. IF the returned item is in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
If all the above are at a satisfactory level, we will issue you a full cash refund or an exchange for a new product that is of the same value. Shipping fees will not be refunded. We will also notify you via email when the refund is processed completely.
